Owner & Lead Designer
With over 16 years of experience, Kat brings warmth and a down-to-earth approach to every project. She listens first, then designs with a keen eye for detail. From full-scale renovations to simple refreshes, her hands-on experience and creative problem-solving makes every project feel effortless.
Creative Experience & Highlights:

1986: Visual merchandising for JCPenney, The Gap, A'gaci, and other retail shops.

1990-2006: Owned and operated a salon in Dallas while studying color theory and Feng Shui.

2009: Founded Streamline Home Staging specializing in staging (interior styling) for builder model homes and sellers properties.

2010: Provided real estate photography for agents and helped investors make budget smart value-driven building material choices in flip properties.

2011: Began focusing primarily on general contractor and Project Management for small to large renovations. home remodels to bring in the highest ROI's for clients while also staging.

2019: Sold all staging inventory and rebranded strictly as Streamline Interior Designs solely focusing on remodels, large renovations and Interior styling.
Personal Life:
Kat enjoys traveling and sailing with her husband, gardening, fly fishing, creating crafts in her she shed, tending to her pets and hosting her annual fundraiser that supports local charities and musicians.
